Bob's Burgers Season 13, Episode 8 Review: Seven Hours in the Miniature Golf Course | yahoo201027's Bob's Burgers Reviews

It's the week of Thanksgiving here in the United States and nothing screams the holiday about eating birds and everyone ignoring the dark past behind the holiday that made everyone skip over to Christmas like a Thanksgiving episode of Bob's Burgers. It's pretty much their bread and butter when it comes to holiday episodes in any television show. Whether being having four-fifths of the family pretending to be your landlord's family in hopes to impress a random woman or wild turkeys rebelling against everyone during what was supposed to be the town's version of the running of the bulls. I think the country of Spain may have warned everyone not to do it. What’s for this year’s Thanksgiving episode? Playing a round of mini golf. Yep. That’s this year’s Thanksgiving episode.

In this week's episode of Bob's Burgers, the Belchers decide to go to a miniature golf course for a day on Thanksgiving, and let's just say...we may or may not be in hell as I just mentioned a few reviews ago with this and "Ready Player Gene". This is my review of the eighth episode of Season 13 of Bob's Burgers, titled "Putts-giving".

I mean...nothing wrong with a new location being used as the setting of an episode and having the Belcher family do something different for once like trying out a game of mini golf, even if it's on a holiday which to some feel like it doesn't feel like a Thanksgiving episode despite that Bob was cooking the turkey at the beginning and the end of the episode. The only issue is that we have seen what happened with "The Reeky Lake Show" earlier this season where the Belchers had to go to a new location even though they were going camping. We all know what happened in that episode. That episode was a borderline predictable mess from the moment the episode began. Oh look, it may have happened once again with this episode.

Knew that once the press release to the episode was released a few weeks ago when reading it, despite how vague and short it was, this has disaster implications written all over it. We knew that the Belchers would be out of the mini golf course by the end of the episode. I mean, it is Thanksgiving. Some say that it doesn't feel like a Thanksgiving episode despite Bob cooking the food, even though it was left behind because the family had to leave his position. Would say one of the Belchers would be insufferable or go overboard. Linda was that one member of the family with her trying to attempt a streak with every hole-in-one in every hole in the course. The same goes for the kids messing things up at the course that would ultimately get them into trouble. Might as well get into the episode and break this down piece by piece. Probably try to explain why I have my reasoning or not. This is "Putts-giving".

We kick off the episode on Thanksgiving Day with Tina in the bathroom, looking at herself in the mirror and messing around with her bangs that cover her forehead where Louise and Gene come into the picture and ask her why she's using the mirror. Rather, hogging the sink where the mirror is at. Tina tells her siblings that she's going for a more mature look and trying to fix her hair is one way to put it. Why? Because Tina tells them that she wants to go to a post-Thanksgiving bonfire party that Tammy is hosting. Once again, Tina acts like the lost puppy that she is. Getting some attention and wanting to live her best teen life is one item on the list. But there is another from that same list and it's the one where it's the primary focus for Tina to attend the event.

Apparently, there's a rumor that Tammy's older cousin, that is now being brought up and never to be brought up again after this episode, is coming to visit and bringing in older boys to the party. High school boys to a bonfire party. More than enough for Tina for her to want to go to the party. One little issue for her to go to the party this upcoming weekend and that is getting permission from Bob and Linda. Normally with teenagers, they would try to sneak out. Sure, it isn't Tina's nature of her going behind Bob and Linda's backs but she did it a few times. She sneaked out a few times in this series. Mostly with Louise and Gene but herself a few times. But knowing Tina, she wouldn’t stab Bob and Linda on their backs and want to get their permission for her to head out. The problem for Tina comes with timing and execution. Each time Tina senses an opportunity to ask Bob and Linda to let her out of the house to attend the bonfire, she ends up falling short and hoping that today, Thanksgiving Day, would be the perfect opportunity for her to get that green light. Remember, timing is key for Tina if she wants to get her way and attend that event. Knowing this episode, knowing Tina, she might not have that on her side. Speaking of Bob and Linda...

The scene cuts over from the bathroom to the kitchen with Bob cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Of course, Thanksgiving is Bob's busiest day of the year when he has to cook up everything for the entire family. Leaving Linda to get the milk out of the fridge for the kids' cereal when she noticed something that was just now attached to the fridge. Which happens to be a coupon for a mini-golf course that is apparently set to expire after today, Thanksgiving Day. A coupon that would've been used during the summer but was never used. Would've spent that for good use throughout the summer months. Especially right after that week before the summer with the sinkhole and solving a cold case murder to get your landlord acquitted. The post-movie era of the show and we somehow haven't done Dickey McGee's acts on getting things rolling. Can't be just the patched-up street from the sinkhole and Bob getting a new phone. We want new shit. We want that shit. We need to eat that shit. Not literal shit because that's nasty and gross and I don't condone anyone doing that. Especially on Thanksgiving. It's nasty.

Linda brings up the mini-golf course and just in time too as the Belcher kids make their way to the kitchen to get their breakfast as Linda brings up the conversation regarding the mini-golf course with the coupon. Of course, Tina’s timing to get to change the conversation for her to get the green light to go to the bonfire. But it does give the green light for Louise to convince the family to go to the course when Linda brings up the obstacles from the course. Sure, there won't be a lot of people over there because of the holiday but having the golf course all to themselves is more than enough for Louise, and later Tina, Gene, and Linda to want to go. Though Bob is against the idea of going. Mostly because it is Thanksgiving. It's his busiest day of the year when cooking every dish that he can muster up, even if it's only for a room of five, being the family. He would stay put but ends up being forced to go after being outnumbered four-to-one. Hopefully, be there for at least 20 minutes, but this will last for a day. An hour or two at least to be there at the course but this could last for a day. Nothing wrong with a little outing on this holiday. Not like anything can turn disastrous for everyone, right?

Later in the day, the Belchers arrive at the golf course, all by their lonesome since not one other family is in attendance as they spend their coupon on the final day of use and getting their golf clubs, a scorecard, and a pencil to begin their day at the course. Starting with the yeti course for the family and not one member of the family earn a hole-in-one. Though that won’t be long for one of the members of the Belcher family in this episode during their visit. But the yeti course got the kids’ attention as they want to stay put, leaving Bob and Linda to do their thing. Meaning that we’re going to be here for a while with whatever scheme Louise is cooking up regarding the yeti course. Planning to play around with the inanimate object as Louise comes up with the idea of having three golf balls, one of each from each sibling, to go into the tunnel. Again, playing around with the yeti because they pretty much have nothing else to do other than trying to throw in a little competition between each other throughout the day. But it looks like Tina might be opting out of whatever Louise is cooking because she is still going after Bob and Linda to get the green light for her to go to the bonfire. And she does that...by calling out Louise and Gene on whatever they’re doing that will end in a complete disaster because she wants a “clean record”.

As in she wants no part of doing what Louise is scheming because she wants to go to that damn bonfire party. High school boys even though that might be a bad idea to begin with for Tina, knowing that she's only 13 but knowing that she's boy crazy, that's pretty much her top priority. To not get into trouble. Resulting in the Belcher kids skipping over to the third act breakup and having a falling out with each other. Leaving Louise and Gene with the yeti course all to themselves as Tina decides to tag along with Bob and Linda, hoping for her to get their permission. Though, let's not pretend that you have a clean bill of health yourself, Tina. Sure, most of the time when getting busted mostly comes from Louise scheming for something and having no other choice but to be a part of it. But you did it too with yourself. Mostly with you breaking into the lighthouse and such. And also you land yourself in detention just to go after a boy. But we're not going to pretend that you did something that doesn't give you a so-called "clean record". Pretty sure no one does. Sure, if you’re religious and go to confessions to get it out of your systems, but pretty sure no one has a clean record. So the same has to go for Tina. Even if most of it is caused by her being a part of Louise’s schemes.

So Louise and Gene are on their own to do their scheme to mess around with the yeti by getting a few balls from various courses to enact their plan without having Tina around after a fallout. And speaking of Tina, she tags along with Bob and Linda in one of the other courses as Linda takes her turn to take a swing at her golf club. I don't know any golf terms...let alone, playing golf. Especially miniature golf. This review is already going to be half-assed as it is. Tina tries to go for act two of her trying to get Bob and Linda to get her permission granted for her to attend the bonfire party to be around high school boys but gets cut short once Linda scores a hole-in-one. The first for the family for today. And sadly, this will be the only time someone was to get a hole-in-one. And I say that because the next few scenes with Linda during her time on the field are where she begins to feel overboard. Mostly with her trying to go on a streak. I mean...it's just one hole-in-one. Sure, there's potential for more. But you don't expect lightning to strike twice. That's like if a bowler after getting their first strike hopes to have a repeat performance. Thinking that they're hot shit. Again, lightning doesn't always strike twice but that's not going to stop Linda from doing whatever she's doing and starting to go overboard.

We enter montage mode between the two scenes with Louise and Gene getting a few balls into each tunnel but with each passing time, one of the balls can't even get into the tunnel because of the legs from the yeti moving, causing it to block. Resulting in Louise and Gene, mostly Louise being frustrated. And speaking of frustration in the montage, you have Linda having some trouble of her own as she tries to perform a repeat performance of the previous hole where she landed a hole-in-one. Again, I don’t know my golf terminology, so I have to guess that Linda and probably the rest of the family landed a few birdies or something. Again, I don’t know anything about golf. But Linda keeps on falling short by trying to get the ball into the hole but ends up falling short by missing it or keeps on wasting her shots. Again, just because you made one shot, doesn't mean you don't often hope for lightning to strike twice. It could happen again but...it's based on timing and luck. How does the saying go? Everyone gets one?

Also, I noticed that one of the courses in the episode during the montage has the giant dummy head and when looking through the episode, I reckon that's that giant dummy head that Teddy delivered to the course back in "Driving Big Dummy". You see some speckle but not too much damage when it was detached from the truck when Bob and Teddy were arguing. Yeah, it’s the same head. It has to be the same head. Other than that, Linda struggles to get another hole-in-one as Tina struggles to get Bob and/or Linda’s attention to get her permission to the bonfire granted. All that as Tina and later Louise in the montage look at each other, mad at each other, probably missed each other before switching back to their primary focus. Eh...I'm sure they're fine. Knowing that it's a 21-minute episode, they'll make up in the end. Even though something is about turn sour for Louise and Gene on their part and Tina continues to miss her shot at getting Bob and Linda's attention as the episode progresses. Going through eleven minutes into the episode as we are preparing to head toward the halfway mark. Getting out of the montage between the two plots between the kids and the adults of the Belcher family and you're probably saying this isn't even me breaking the episode down and more of recapping without even trying to do the stuff you're meant to be doing. Well, it's not my fault that this episode might've shit bricks. Mostly with the execution, and some of the direction of the episode. Might as well say it again, not going to drop the show because of one bad episode. Not stepping down. It's pretty much the weakest Thanksgiving episode to date for the show. And we still got eleven more minutes into the episode for this review.

We're preparing to enter the halfway point of the episode as we switch over to Louise and Gene over at the yeti course as the duo continues to struggle to get each ball into the tunnel. Mostly due to the yeti's legs moving around and serving as a barricade. I mean...it's a miniature golf course. There are always going to be obstacles standing in the way. You're not going to have perfect timing if you either strike too early or waited too long. It's about patience...in which Louise doesn't want to follow that logic, thinks to herself that "patience is for wimps", and decides to jam her golf club into the machine to stop the yeti from moving its leg so the balls can go through the tunnels at the same time. It worked at first because all three made it into the tunnel. But already forgot that jamming the club into the machine to stop it once the balls go into the tunnels is going to cause some problems. Which it did as the balls go into the tunnel and result in the machine going kaput. Causing it to break and thus, resulting in the yeti being Darth Maul'd. Down goes the legs and of course, Louise and Gene's actions decide to haunt them and put them in a tough spot. Already proving Tina's point about doing something stupid that she wants nothing to be part of...even if she only did it for her to get the green light on going to Tammy's party. So Louise and Gene are pretty much fucked for something that is straight up Louise's fault for coming up with the idea and this is where we enter the halftime portion of the review where the short review/thoughts of this week's episode of The Great North take its place with "Dick, Rick, Groom Adventure".

To get a better understanding of how this episode went down in what is supposed to be the show's second Thanksgiving episode, we have the Tobins, mostly Beef, Judy, Ham, and Moon going on a yacht owned by an old character that we haven't seen since last season's Christmas episode. And that is, of course, Dick Chateau. The rich guy in Lone Moose who took Jerry's yeti costume in that episode and have Jerry, Beef, and one other person do something that I already forget because it has been a while since I last saw the episode. So he's back into the picture and wants to invite Beef and the family to take a ride on the yacht. Mostly to make amends with him for what happened. Though knowing Beef and his love for boats despite his history with Chateau, it looks like the invite has been accepted. And just in time too...to bring in his brother Brian into the mix.

Only to find out that the whole visit to the yacht and taking it on a joy ride is him having the Tobins to do a simple job for him. That being to ruin his brother’s wedding. Why? Because according to Dick, his brother, named Rick, is a bit of an asshole. Someone who is downright worse than him. And his reasoning for wanting to ruin the wedding on Thanksgiving? No kidding, he didn’t know about the wedding other than Rick sending an invite to a goldfish who died many years ago. And also, he’s a dick. A dick named Rick. Lots of Richards in that family. And it looks like the Tobins may have no other choice but to crash the wedding to do what Dick says. Even if Judy, Ham, and Moon are somewhat enjoying the rich lifestyle from eating rich people food to even enjoying some downtime when being in the yacht pool. Did I mention that Rick was a dick according to Dick?

Yep. He is. Once we get to the wedding and find out that the wedding is nothing more than a sham and the people who attended the wedding happened to be paid actors. Alyson, who was in attendance, was the warning shot being fired when confronting Beef and Brian, notices that something is off about the event when taking the job of being the photographer for the event when signing a closed agreement. And the bride-to-be for the wedding that Rick is supposedly marrying to...Dick's ex-wife, as his way to tell him to go fuck himself. As if you’re feeling bad for Dick for the stunt that Rick pulled. And at a wedding no less. That had to be a dick move coming from the groom-to-be. Even if the wedding was staged to get back at Dick. But at least Rick had it coming once Dick and the Tobins come together to get back at Rick by firing the bat bombs. No, not BATH bombs like the objects you throw to create a bubble bath. BAT bombs as in actual bats. The twist was interesting and also quite a dick move coming from Rick but at least he had it coming come to the end of the episode. Also, the whole side story thing about Brain wanting to pick a bone with Beef in the episode was...eh. It was touched upon at the end of the episode over the state fair issue with Beef comparing the hot tub to a casket. Not a usual comparison but it did peeve off Brian when trying to sell a hot tub to a customer. It's pretty much nothing more than a brother's quarrel. Which is pretty much this episode in a nutshell with Beef and Brian, but also Dick and Rick.

The subplot...do I even have to say anything about it? I probably didn't care about it. Sure, it's Wolf thinking that he may have come across with someone who he thinks that it's his future self when buying a bottle of hair products. Thinking that it's some Looper type of situation. But it felt a bit dragged out for this episode. Came crashing down when it revealed that the guy who Wolf thought was his future self isn't what he assumed. So all and all, it was an alright episode. I guess average at best though the rewatch factor is there just to get a better understanding. Though the subplot did feel a bit dragged out. I do hope Season 3 does not enter a sort of a slump after having the first five episodes being good. So it's a 5 out of 10 for "Dick, Rick, Groom Adventure" from me...for now. So that's my take on this episode. Now back to Bob's Burgers and seeing how screwed Louise and Gene are after breaking a yeti's pair of legs. Oh yeah, and that yeti that was playing peekaboo was spotted by the docks. Really flipped the level of difficulty from hard to easy for the viewers, huh? Back to Bob's Burgers we go for the second half.

Louise and Gene are pretty much screwed after breaking the machine, causing the yeti to break in half after thinking that it’s a good idea to stop the machine by jabbing a golf club into the gears for the balls to go through without blocking. Trying to put the legs back into the yeti, even though it’s not that simple since it was controlled by a machine and you need something to fix its gears. All while hoping that no one can see them messing around with the course. Too bad that Tina has to be the one who has to find out about the whole issue when she walked by the yeti course with Louise and Gene trying to play innocent while hiding the legs behind them. But we know that Tina doesn’t buy it. She knew that what Louise was doing was going to bite them in the ass. And by now you'd think that Tina would step in and help her siblings to reattach the legs, i.e. have her clean up their mess. Nope. Tina decides to be a tad cold-hearted. She knew that this was going to bite Louise and Gene in the ass when doing what they were doing. And wants them to clean up their own mess. Leaving them to deal with their own problem because again, she can't risk losing her chance of wanting to go to the bonfire. I get that you wanted to go to the bonfire because they'll be a pack of high school boys and knowing that you're boy crazy...but damn. That was cold-hearted to say that. I mean, yeah, she came through later in the episode, but for once, telling Louise and Gene to their faces, "I knew this was going to happen. This is your problem. You're on your own." As she makes her way to the bathroom to relieve herself.

Meanwhile, with Bob and Linda, the struggle continues for Linda as she falls short of getting a second hole-in-one. Seen here over at the alien course, tries to go for that perfect score, and once again, falls short of hitting a perfect hole-in-one. It's now getting to the point where Linda potentially goes full election denier and thinks that everything is going against her. Blaming the course. Blaming the ground. I mean, it’s just one hole-in-one. As I said earlier, you can’t expect lightning to strike twice. But that’s not going to stop Linda from going overboard each time she's at a different course throughout the episode. But at least Bob didn't groan and moan throughout the day as I was expecting him to. So there's a plus. Because knowing Thanksgiving, he would be at his busiest. I guess there are some positives. But other than that, Linda went too overboard and of course, competitive. Might as well get this out of the way since the focus at the end of the episode will be on the kids. Linda ends up conceding after failing to get her last shot at getting a hole-in-one. Lessons learned. Ending that little side plot in a snap. So Bob and Linda get the easy way out after Linda goes overboard one too many times in trying to go for a streak. But they only did it because we need to get the Belcher kids and their little issue with the yeti course.

So back to the kids with Tina coming out of the bathroom and seeing both parties. Unable to get Bob and Linda's attention to get her permission granted while looking at Louise and Gene struggling to patch up the yeti as she comes across with the manager of the course and talks to him about the history of the course in what is pretty much her attempt to stall him from reaching or even seeing the course that Louise and Gene damaged. Telling her about the story of the two lizards holding each other in an attempt to get him to not see the yeti course with his own eyes. And that's more than enough for Tina to end up crawling back to Louise and Gene at their course and start cleaning up her mess. Might potentially kiss her chance of wanting to go to the bonfire goodbye...well, if they don't get into trouble. Spoiler alert, they did at the end of the episode.

Tina comes to Louise and Gene’s aid as they struggle to get the legs up and the machine to work. Feels bad for leaving them hanging and for them to deal with the consequences of their actions and decides to bail her siblings out of the mess that they caused. And how is she going to fix that? Why by using a pack of pencils to fix the machine to attach the legs. How? How would that work? Think of the most obvious question...where she did pick that up?! How or where in the ever living fuck did she ever pick up the idea of using pencils to fix a machine like an animatronic yeti at a golf course?! Where did she learn that? Who told her that? I get that the series is episodic and continuity is as rare as a team that had no shot of winning a game beating a heavily favored team in the biggest tournament in the world, but...how?! Where?! I may have to call bullshit. I may have to call bullshit on this one. Like I'm sorry, but I'm calling bullshit on this one. Somebody needs to explain it.

Tina comes up with the idea of having a pack of pencils to fix the machine, causing Louise and Gene to go get the full set for her to jam it into the machine to be patched up and moments later, Louise and Gene got the pencils for Tina to fix the machine. And at a short time’s notice as the manager of the course uses the PA that another family has entered the vicinity, ringing the alarm bells into a higher volume in their heads. But Tina did the deed. She put up a lot of pencils into the machine for it to work. Just in the nick of time too as they get caught up with Bob and Linda and prepare to head out of the course as another family, a same-sex couple with their daughter, nice, nice, seeing some progress. It is 2022 going into 2023. Let them be. The other family uses the yeti course with the daughter shoots her golf ball into the tunnel...only for the yeti to malfunction once again. A malfunction that came out of nowhere would've been the way to go to save the kids the trouble...and not get into trouble. But that's not happening and instead, the kids decide to come clean on their way out...

Only for them to get grounded on their way back home. Not to mention that they would have to pay for the damages...in which to Bob's logic, he and Linda to pay for it on their behalf even though the kids, primarily Louise and Gene were the ones who damaged the machine with Tina not wanting to do it. Would've saved her skin by not being around them but since she helped Louise and Gene to fix the yeti course, she gets dragged into the mix and ends up being grounded as well. Thus, ending her shot of going into the bonfire. Besides, Bob and Linda ain’t going to allow her anyway knowing that she would bring up the mention of high school boys. Oh yeah, and they’re also banned from ever going back to the golf course thanks in part to the kids. So once again, this feels like a loss to the Belchers as they make their way back to the house for Thanksgiving dinner. The kids at least made up in the end but once again, they get caught. They got banned from ever coming back. Knew that it was going to happen with the Belchers getting kicked out of the course and potentially a ban and here we fucking are. Yeah, this has to be the weakest Thanksgiving episode that Bob’s Burgers can muster up to date. Probably in the same boat as “Gayle Makin’ Bob Sled”, “Thanks-hoarding”, and even last year’s “Stuck in the Kitchen With You”. Next week better be the Hail Mary that we’re looking forward to.

Reaction/Thoughts:

So all and all, what do I think about this week’s episode of Bob’s Burgers? Depleted is what I have to say about this week's episode. Because we all knew what the outcome is going to be once the press release to this episode came out a few weeks ago. And man, oh man, I think we may have found our new worst episode of the season so far. Move over "The Reeky Lake Show", there's a new contender for the worst episode of the season.

The episode felt dragged out the moment we arrive at the golf course. You’d think that this would happen if the family were to compete with each other, turning it into a family competition between each other on who would score more or something, then it would at least make things a little decent for this episode. But apparently not. And instead, it felt dragged out and it became a predictable mess whether being the kids messing things up or Linda going overboard with her trying to go on a streak of having every hole-in-one in every hole across the course. Not to mention...Tina. Oh boy, Tina. We knew that you ain't going to that bonfire but uh...quite out of character coming from you, huh? I mean, it was a given that she was not going to attend anyway. Especially when bringing up the mention of high school boys that Tammy's older cousin was bringing. Yeah, she would sneak away but it's Tina. What do you expect from her? Honestly, her not being involved in the action would've been the best bet but the scriptwriters pretty sure aren’t going to let Tina do that once we get to the final few minutes of the episode.

It doesn't even feel like a Thanksgiving episode at all with this week's episode of Bob's Burgers. But then again, none of the shows that aired on the Animation Domination block had their Thanksgiving episodes. I did mention earlier in the intermission mini-review that this week's Great North episode was supposed to be a Thanksgiving episode but doesn't even feel like one. Ditto for The Simpsons even though it was a good episode. Same for Family Guy but it's their 400th episode and nothing says celebrating 400 episodes like Stewie getting canceled on the internet by a character voiced by the same person as Molly Tillerman from Central Park. But other than that...yeah, it's not a great episode. It felt dragged the fuck out with them over at the golf course. At least Bob kept his cool throughout the trip. So that's something. But yeah, not a great episode, man. Probably the weakest Thanksgiving episode to date if you want to call it that. I get people might have mixed feelings and think it's good. We all have opinions. It just felt weak and dragged out. So I’ll give “Putts-giving” and it hurts me to say this for the rating but for the first time since using the updated rating system, this episode gets...

A 2 out of 10. Yep, it's in the F tier, folks. This is how low we have gotten. And this isn't me being an asshole. This is me telling y'all my thoughts about the episode. Everyone has their own opinions. And I'll say it once more since I'm more likely going to sound like a broken record each time later in the season, I ain't dropping the show because of one bad episode. Can’t make me. I did say in my “Apple Gore-chard” review that we might be in a few weeks of hell coming from “Ready Player Gene” and “Putts-giving”...here we are. Thank god that we’re out of it because next week...this upcoming Sunday, it’s make or break for the first half of the season. We’re getting some lore, boys! We might find out what’s the first name of Bob’s mom and whether or not Louise or Tina is named after the dead mom might be revealed as Bob takes the family to the graveyard to see her grave in the ninth episode of Season 13 in “Show Mama from the Grave”. Please God, for the love of all things, don’t turn it into a ratings trap.

Follow me on Tumblr, Twitter (as it's currently in hell), and Instagram for updates and behind-the-scenes stuff. I also have a Mastodon account, so if you wanna do the same as I mentioned with the three social media accounts, do that. Was thinking of doing Hive also but don't know how that work or some requirement or whatever. Follow me there if y'all have the time. The Third Place Match in the 2022 Battle of the Week Voting Tournament is currently underway this Thanksgiving week between Eren Jaeger (Attack on Titan and Marcy Wu (Amphibia). Two more weeks until the Final Round between Asta (Black Clover) and Judy Tobin (The Great North) on December 4. And of course, y'all should know the drill by now...

Donate over on PayPal, Patreon, and Ko-fi pages to help your boy out in both improving the page and paying the bills to keep the lights on to get something out of yours truly. And until this Sunday's episode, wash your hands, wear a mask, get vaccinated and boosted, and remember that you are loved, you're beautiful, ignore the haters, and I'll see y'all later. Please, God, don't let "Show Mama from the Grave" be a ratings trap.
