Fandom Update: The Bob's Burgers Movie Trailer Second Movie Poster Release and Wondercon Panel News

If there’s anything that is going with life while enjoying some time and trying to avoid the news, it looks like the news ain’t slowing down anytime soon. You thought NFL free agency and March Madness were bananas that have been going on all this week all the way to today? Well, it looks like the people over at 20th Century Studios and Disney decide to at least one-up them and try to at least be a part of the conversation.

So we got another poster for the upcoming Bob’s Burgers movie coming from the tweet above this very text. This is the...you might say the second time, but it actually likes the third, fourth time we get a poster leading up to the upcoming film. And it looks like we got the characters present in the poster ranging from the main lads to the side characters that either will have a role in the film or will just be there and look pretty at the camera.

You have the Belchers and Teddy surrounding the burger in the middle of the poster. Of course, Kuchi Kopi is there as well since he’s in the trailer alongside the other toys that will be Louise’s fever dream. The Fischoeders, as I said in some times, based on the trailer, will have a very huge role in the film. Of course, in the trailer back in January, it’s Calvin and Felix and they’ll be involved in the kids’ side plot to solve what caused the sinkhole. Grover is also there. Grover, of course, is the cousin of Calvin and Felix who was there for some episodes and it looks like he too might have a huge role as well. And people thought that because David Wain’s name is attached to the film that their first answer would be Courtney. And I wouldn’t count Courtney out from being the film but let’s not forget that she isn’t the only character that Wain voiced. Seriously, read a press release for once.

Other characters are also in attendance. You see some who are in the trailer being there on this poster. Jimmy Jr, Bosco, Jericho the Imaginary Horse, Rudy, Darryl, the robot in Gene’s fever dream. They’re all there and ready to have some importance. Of course, still wondering if Darryl will keep the old voice in Aziz Ansari or will be getting a new voice. Again, this movie could state what to expect for Season 13 regarding the voice acting.

But then we have more characters being added because why not? Other than the aforementioned characters that were in the trailer back in January, you have Tammy and Jocelyn. Of course, you don’t see Zeke or the Pesto Twins. Don’t fret, folks. They’ll be in the film because you can’t have the so-called “kid krew” without those three being there. Mickey is also there and like I said back in the trailer breakdown back in that week when the trailer came out that when noticing the carnies living in a trailer park behind an apartment complex that Mickey has to be there. Bouchard did state that Mickey will be in the film. Though ever since “Beach, Please” and the whole issue with his voice, a lot of people might question if Hader even going to voice him. Knowing that it’s a movie and it’ll be released worldwide (with the exception of Russia because...things), Hader has to be involved. Because the last thing we need is Twitter and/or Reddit having users going through riot mode throughout the upcoming summer. Chloe is there. LaBonz, Little King Trashmouth, Frond, the Speedo Guy, Hugo, Ron, they’re all there. Even Harley is there and maybe this will be the moment where we get to be introduced to a new voice actress voicing the character. Hopefully Marshmallow too.

Of course, there are some interesting notices from the poster. You have the bank teller. You have that one random guy standing next to Jimmy Jr and Jocelyn. Hell, Fanny is also there and last I checked, she’s in prison for almost letting the Belchers and Fischoeders drown. So Fanny appearing in the film should be interesting. Though last I checked, didn’t Jordan Peele, the person who voiced her in the Season 4 finale, decided to retire from acting and go sit on the director’s chair? Don’t know if this is Peele deciding to have another go just this once or they’ll probably cast another person to voice her. The guy in the middle, I wanna say he’s a carnie that the Belcher kids will come across with when visiting the trailer park. I mean, it’s possible that he might be the silhouette that they come across at the end of the trailer. Then, of course, you have the person in the Dizzy Dog costume. It might come down to a few things. Either A, a random carnie. And follow up, it might be either in the past when Wonder Wharf was opening up because it looks like the Wharf might be in play. You can’t have the Fischoeders being involved in something big if you can’t bring up the Wharf. Or B, its the guy as I mentioned who is standing next to Jimmy Jr and Jocelyn. I know that that might be sounding silly, but we’re only two months out from the release. So it might as well be Theory-ville for the time being. Oh yeah, and Jimmy Pesto is also missing but...that’ll probably be another story for another time. Hopefully doesn’t get picked up regarding the shit his old voice actor pulled that caused him to get the boot.

And it looks like the poster, other than promoting the film itself, is spotlighting the show’s upcoming panel for Wondercon in Anaheim. So if anyone were wondering why there isn’t an episode on the week of April 3 because March 27 is the Oscars and we can’t compete against it? It almost feels they have a reason to have the upcoming episode on the night of the Academy Awards, even though the ratings are going to take a nosedive once that night hits. It looks like this might save me the trouble and ready to give out my thoughts on what to expect from the panel. Of course, we’re back into doing in-person conventions. Yours truly can’t even afford a plane ticket and pass. So if anyone who is attending the panel, feel free to live stream or film the whole thing and holla at your boy to get some stuff. Questions, footage, the whole works because we’re not waiting for July for Comic-Con because by then, the movie would be out already. And I know what everyone is going to say to close out this article, are we getting another trailer? On a Sunday?! I mean, it might be possible if we were to get another trailer but we’ll have to wait and see if we get another one. Knowing that April is right around the corner, this is where we could expect 30 seconds TV ads to promote the movie in various languages and new footage other than the trailer, and the three-second clip of the sinkhole forming should be fun. Just pray to your god that we don’t either get another COVID variant or possibly World War III to break out to fuck up our summer plans. We’re so close to the finish line. We want our damn bread, goddamn it!
